Once a vacant position is advertised, applications received are shortlisted and screening interviews arranged. This is followed by final interviews and upon clearance thereof, offers are extended.
Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTEs) and Management Trainee Officers (MTOs)
Our recruitment process for Graduate Trainee Engineers (GTEs) and Management Trainee Officers (MTOs) commences with an aptitude test comprising of IQ and technical sections. Based on test results, a screening interview is arranged which is followed by a comprehensive assessment that consists of activities such as group discussions, case studies and final interviews.
