The company has two Spinning units. One is situated in Rawalpindi and 2nd spinning unit comprising 21,120 spindles is being installed alongside the company’s weaving units in Multan. This increase in capacity of the company will enable the company to manage about 70% of its yarn requirements in house.

The company has installed new spinning unit near to weaving units in Multan. Highlights of this unit are as under:


	The unit has been installed at a project cost of Rs. 1.00 billion.
	This unit comprises 21,120 spindles and installed capacity of 10.30 million Kgs.
	The unit has state of the art machinery through best combination of European (Reiter and Schalafhrost) and Japanese (Toyoda) technologies.
	The Unit has a single shed process from Cards to Auto Cone which is a new concept in Pakistan.
	Back process Consist of Blow Room, Cards and Drawing from Reiter with Shoot Feed, Vision Shield and Auto Plucking.
	The Simplex and Ring from Toyoda, Japan with auto doffing and High Speed production.
	Schelafhrost Auto winder with Uster Quantum- 2 Yarn clearer and foreign Metal detector.
	Best Filtration system from LUWA
	The product of this unit will have all quality factors like improved strength, low contamination and improved evenness.
	New spinning unit along with exiting one will cater more then 70% yarn requirement of weavings unit.
	The unit has started its trial production during the year and has employed almost 850 workers.
	The product of New Unit will improve the quality of ultimate product of the company which will further strengthen company’s market of quality conscious customers in Europe and USA.
	This unit will indirectly earn a foreign exchange of US $ 20 Million Per annum for the country
