PFL won "International Safety Award" from British Safety Council for the 9th time, which signifies proactive and diligent approach of site management in building a safe & healthy culture for employees. PFL top management has gone an extra mile to reach a level of true excellence by ensuring high standards of Health, Safety & Environment. The British Safety Council's International Safety Awards recognize and reward organizations who demonstrate real commitment towards protecting their workers from all sorts of injury risks and extend due attention to their ill health throughout the working year. PFL is committed to sustain and continuously improve Fatima Group's HSE culture and values.
PFL has successfully acquired Green Office Certification by World Wild Fund for Nature (WWF) in year 2019. This score is 2nd highest by any organization in Pakistan. PFL has shown remarkable reduction in selected KPIs of Paper, electricity consumption & mixed waste reduction. Further, Site has taken various initiatives for water conservation & travel footprint reduction. PFL aims to further strengthen efforts for environment protection.
PFL has also acquired "Protect & Sustain Certification" by International Fertilizer Association (IFA).
