Keeping in view above, Management of the Reliance Weaving Mills Ltd has constituted a committee to undertake an independent assessment of the directors’ election candidates. The members of the Committee keep complete knowledge of Companies Act 2017 & PSX Rules particularly CCG 2017 and qualification of the Directors of the listed company and Committee is responsible for the scrutiny of the candidates, that’s why it focused on the key capabilities required for the Board. The final selection of candidates be evaluated through evaluation process conducted independently by the committee.
1. Mr. Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar
Mr. Fawad Ahmed Mukhtar is the Chairman of Fatima Group. The Group has witnessed immense growth under his leadership and investments have been made in the fertilizer, sugar, energy and mining sectors. The Group acquired Pakarab Fertilizers, in 2005, through a privatization process. 5. Dr. M. Shaukat Malik
Dr. M. Shaukat Malik has done Ph.D in the subject of Business Administration and MBA from IBA Karachi in the year 1990. He has been on Board of Directors (Syndicate) of BZU for three years. Presently he is the Professor/Director of Institute of Banking & Finance and Director H.R. Development in BZU. He is also the member of Senate and Finance & Planning Committee of BZU, advisor of Punjab Public Service Commission and Member of Selection and Recruitment committee of different institutions and Universities of Pakistan. He is the author of more than 50 research papers published in National & International Journal & Newspapers of repute on Business related issues.

6. Mr. Shahid Aziz
Mr. Shahid Aziz served on the Board of the company as NIT nominee director. He is a graduate from University of Punjab in economics and political science. He attended different workshops and courses on the topic of mutual funds, communication skills etc. including workshop on corporate governance from LUMS. He possesses vast experience of working in different public and private sector organizations since 1976. He was associated with NIT in 1980 to 1998 and then in 2003 till date. He is working as a zonal manager of federal capital zone. He has represented NIT on the board of directors of 13 listed companies of Pakistan in different times. Currently he is a nominee director of four listed companies.

7. Mrs. Fatima Fazal
Mrs. Fatima Fazal is graduate and having rich experience of serving on the boards of the listed, unlisted, private Limited companies. She is also the Member of review Board of Spring Hospital and contributes a lot for the incorporation & development of the hospital she guides all the management affairs of the hospital most effectively. She is actively engage in the CSR activities of the Fatima Group. She also manages the welfare institutions running under the umbrella of Mian Makhtar A. Sheikh Trust like Farukh Mukhtar High School, Farrukha Mukhtar Vocational Training center, Mian Mukhtar A. Sheikh Dispensary etc. She also holds position of Director in Fatima Management Company Ltd.
