How to Report
Key Elements of Tell FATIMA
- Anti-Retaliation – FATIMA has a zero-tolerance policy against any victimization or unfair treatment of a flag-raiser who shall not be put at disadvantage due to reporting concern in a good faith.
- Anonymity – A flag raiser has the option to either disclose their identity or remain anonymous. The confidentiality of the flag raiser’s identity will be upheld.
- Confidentiality – Unless otherwise consented in writing or required by law, identity of the person raising a flag shall at all times remain confidential.
- Evidence – FATIMA encourages reporting of alleged violation (s) backed by fact based evidence.
Tell FATIMA Process
Here’s what to expect when submitting a concern through Tell FATIMA platform:
- Share Your Concern – You are required to share your concern and supporting evidence which is required to prove any alleged violation.
- Initial Review – Your report is assigned to an investigation team, who will develop a plan to address it based on the details you provide.
- Information Gathering – The investigation team collects information related to the case and reviews relevant company policies.
- Assessment – The investigation team carefully reviews all gathered information.
- Action – Based on outcome of the investigation by Investigation Team, Ethics Committee recommends any action to be taken against violation.

Where do Concerns go and Who can access them?
All concerns are recorded in independent third party system which can only be accessed by members of the Ethics Committee or their authorized personnel.
Should I be worried about retaliation?
No. Our code strictly prohibits intimidation or retaliation against anyone who contacts us in good faith.
What if I remember something important about the incident after I report my concern? Can I have two way communication with investigation team?

Who reviews a concern?
Each reported concern is assigned to trained investigations team members who are well-versed in our Code and skilled in investigating reported issues.
What is the composition of FATIMA’s Ethics Committee?
Following are the Ethics Committee (EC) Members who oversee this program:

I know some people are acting unethically, but it doesn’t impact me. Why should I report it?
Any unethical actions, regardless of where they occur, can harm the company and everyone who works here, including you should be reported.
What are the possible outcomes?
Once concerns are investigated outcomes can range from no action, to education, coaching, to disciplinary action where required.
