Key Elements of Tell FATIMA

  1. Anti-Retaliation – FATIMA has a zero-tolerance policy against any victimization or unfair treatment of a flag-raiser who shall not be put at disadvantage due to reporting concern in a good faith.
  2. Anonymity – A flag raiser has the option to either disclose their identity or remain anonymous. The confidentiality of the flag raiser’s identity will be upheld.
  3. Confidentiality – Unless otherwise consented in writing or required by law, identity of the person raising a flag shall at all times remain confidential.
  4. Evidence – FATIMA encourages reporting of alleged violation (s) backed by fact based evidence.

Tell FATIMA Process

Here’s what to expect when submitting a concern through Tell FATIMA platform:

  1. Share Your Concern – You are required to share your concern and supporting evidence which is required to prove any alleged violation.
  2. Initial Review – Your report is assigned to an investigation team, who will develop a plan to address it based on the details you provide.
  3. Information Gathering – The investigation team collects information related to the case and reviews relevant company policies.
  4. Assessment – The investigation team carefully reviews all gathered information.
  5. Action – Based on outcome of the investigation by Investigation Team, Ethics Committee recommends any action to be taken against violation.
