Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) vision is rooted in compassion, sustainability, and empowerment.

Our initiatives are driven by strategic partnerships with renowned institutions and grassroots organizations, ensuring our contributions create real and measurable impact.

1. Trusts for Health and
Welfare

We channel a significant portion of our CSR efforts through two key trusts:

  • Mukhtar A. Sheikh Trust (MASH), based in Multan, delivers high-quality healthcare services through the state-of-the-art Mukhtar A. Sheikh Hospital. The Trust is also committed to community development and skill-building initiatives.
  • Fatima Welfare Fund Trust serves the communities around our flagship plant in Sadiqabad, Rahim Yar Khan. It operates a hospital, dispensary, and dialysis center to ensure accessible healthcare for underserved populations.

These trusts represent our deep commitment to long-term, institutional support for public welfare and healthcare excellence.

2. Healthcare

Beyond our trusts, we actively support a range of medical institutions and initiatives across Pakistan. From life-saving treatments to preventive care, our goal is to expand access to quality healthcare for all. We collaborate with leading hospitals and foundations to strengthen the healthcare ecosystem, ensuring that critical support reaches where it’s needed most.

  • Lahore Institute of Health Sciences (LIHS)
  • Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research (SKMCH)
  • Sindh Institute Of Urology And Transplantation (SIUT)
  • Multan Diabetic
  • Al Shifa Trust
  • Foundation for International Education in Neurological Surgery (FIENS)

We have also historically supported institutions such as Aga Khan Health Services, Memon Health & Education Foundation, among others.

3. Education and Skill
Development

Education is at the heart of our belief in a better tomorrow. Fatima Group supports educational initiatives from primary and secondary schooling to higher education and vocational training. Our contributions benefit schools at our plant sites and in surrounding communities, as well as universities and programs focused on academic excellence and inclusive access.

4. Empowering Communities

We are proud to support organizations that uplift vulnerable communities, including individuals with different abilities. Through partnerships with impactful NGOs, we back programs that promote inclusivity, provide vocational training, and build stronger, more empowered communities. These efforts underscore our belief in dignity, opportunity, and social justice for all.

We also contribute to various causes through miscellaneous donations to grassroots organizations. Past support includes partnerships with DAR ul Safqat, Mir Khalil Foundation, National Tennis Academy, and others.

5. Disaster Relief and Emergency Response

In times of national crises, Fatima Group steps up to offer timely relief and support. Whether it’s natural disasters, humanitarian emergencies, or urgent community needs, we mobilize resources and extend assistance to help communities recover and rebuild with hope and resilience.

Our past efforts include contributions to major flood relief operations and emergency response campaigns across Pakistan.
