Sarsabz Urea
Urea is used extensively within the agriculture sector as an animal feed additive and fertilizer which inevitably results in its production to be larger in volume compared to any other fertilizers available in the country.
Product Composition
Sarsabz Urea – 46% Nitrogen
Sarsabz DAP
Sarsabz DAP fertilizer contains 46% Phosphorus and 18% Ammonical Nitrogen. It is identified as a basal fertilizer due to a higher ratio of phosphorus and relatively lower content of nitrogen. Sarsabz DAP contains equal sized grains that are easily dissolved in water. Also, this fertilizer comprises a high proportion of nitrogen and extraordinarily spectacular physical properties making it extremely suitable for broadcast and drill. It is an extensively and widely used phosphatic fertilizer produced by reacting ammonia and phosphoric acid. Sarsabz DAP is alkaline in nature with pH more than 7.5
Sarsabz NP
Sarsabz Nitrophos (NP) is a granulated fertilizer in which each grain has equal amounts of Phosphorus (P) 20% & Nitrogen (N) 22%. In addition to this, NP being a highly acidic product with a pH of 3.5, is the most suitable fertilizer for soils that have a high pH and are alkaline in nature.
Sarsabz CAN
Sarsabz Calcium Ammonium Nitrate (CAN) is a granulated nitrogenous fertilizer that supplies nitrogen to plants in a balanced and secure manner. The combination of ammonium nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen makes Sarsabz CAN a special product with neutral chemistry (pH). The excellent granulation and specific surface coating has very good spreading properties.

Efficient and effective supply of necessary nutrients to the plants with minimal losses is of significant importance and should be adhered to for the healthy growth of the crop. Due to the exclusive properties of nitrogen, the supply of nitrogen has a direct impact on crop development and is durable for a longer time. Nitric Acid
• Nitric Acid is used in the production of fertilizers, rocket fuels and in a wide variety of industrial usage. Usually between 52% and 68% nitric acid is used for industrial purposes. Fatima Fertilizer Company Limited produces Nitric Acid with concentration of 60%. Fatima Group is exploring the opportunity to enter 68% grade in future.
• Important uses include the etching and dissolution of metals, especially as a component of "aqua regia" for the purification and extraction of gold, and in chemical synthesis Metallurgical processes.
• Nitric Acid plant is based on the latest dual pressure Uhde Technology and has been designed by Uhde GmbH, Germany. Plant has a designed production capacity of 1,500 MTPD (based on 100% conc.).
• Nitric Acid is consumed mainly in Dairy, Chemicals and Metallurgy sector.
• Fatima Group caters 10,000 MTPA with 92% market share

• Ammonia besides being a source of nitrogen in agriculture, has wide ranging industrial and commercial applications.
• Anhydrous Ammonia has a composition of 99.9% ammonia, up to 0.20% of water and not more than 10 PPM of oil while Aqueous Ammonia contains 21-25% of ammonia dissolved in water with an overall turbidity not exceeding 10 NTU.
• Plant is originally designed by CF Braun and re-engineered/licensed by M.W. Kellogg. Plant has a designed production capacity of 1,500 MTPD.
• Fatima Group capitalizes with 70% market share consuming 7,100MTPA for ancillary business.
• Our main key customers include LCI Khewra, Olympia chemicals Ltd, and Ghani glass
• Product lifting is done by customers own fleet.

Mr. Mohammad Abad Khan
Advisor to CEO
M. Abad Khan graduated in Mechanical Engineering from UET, Lahore and after extensive training in fertilizer manufacturing from Europe, worked with PIDC for 8 years on the first plant manufacturing Urea in the country. Khan joined Exxon Chemical Pakistan at the time of its project phase. During his 15 years of service with Exxon, he received extensive trainings in technical and managerial fields and gained valuable experience in various disciplines of manufacturing.
Asad Murad
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Asad Murad is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. In a career of over 25 years, he has held various senior management positions in the areas of financial management, strategic business planning, risk management and corporate compliance. He joined Fatima Group in 2010 as Group Head of Internal Audit and held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the company from March, 2014 till February, 2021.
Ausaf Ali Qureshi
Advisor MFC Project
Mr. Ausaf Ali Qureshi is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He joined Fatima Group in May, 2010 as Company Secretary with the additional responsibility of investor relations. He has been part of the senior team involved in developing the MFC project for over a decade. He is serving on the Board of Fatima Energy Limited. He has over 40 years of experience with Fauji Fertilizer, Pakistan International Airlines (Holdings) and Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS).
